ALCON – BORMAN SITE

Alcon – based on Lichfield Road Ind Estate. A new site extending Alcon into another unit for more space. Complete factory refurbishment. Building a dividing wall between the neighbouring unit attached made from metal stud, ply boarded both sides, plaster boarded both sides, tape and jointed and walls painted. Building an additional two walls dividing the area into bays using the same process. Extended the exsiting office block and built on top to create more office space. Metal staircase installed for access. New kitchen / canteen fitted. Toilet rooms fitted out. Painting complete. New fire doors fitted throughout. Separate office / work shop built in the middle of the bay in the factory area in front of the office block space allowing access for large machinery to pass by. Electrcial points and data installed, data cabinets fitted where required.
